The Internet of Things (IoT) requires elegant meshing of technologies with thoughtful UX design if it is ever to become a welcome adoption within our daily lives rather than just science fiction. Two primary areas of vision activites for our team were transportation and precision agriculture. Though the director of our large UX team, I illustrated the items seen here myself and personally designed the interactions for the kiosks.
The interactive kiosk was designed to be positioned at our client Mercedes/Zonar’s headquarters in the Puget Sound; the kiosk would help visitors understand the future of connected transport and how the expriences would situate themselves in the daily lives of consumers and businesses.
