This was a large scale information architecture, UX and design project I undertook requiring the combination of the sites for Safeco, Liberty Mutual and Ohio Casualty into one. This was challenging, since the initial three sites were all owned by different companies that had individual taxonomies and site structures.
Users were probed using surveys, interviews and card sorting techniques so we could establish which items were logically grouped together and what the ranking of features should be. In visual design I kept the aesthetics simple and utilitarian so the agents could have ready access to various points within their work flow.
